“The only cure for grief is to grieve” ~ Earl A. Grollman
“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition and of unspeakable love.”
~ Washington Irving.

Grief Counselling
Something has happened and you are now trying to pick up the pieces. Grief is often a lonely journey and can feel all consuming. As a therapist in this space, I walk alongside you as a companion while you navigate the complexity and challenges of living with loss. Together we create a safe space for your grief to be witnessed, for you to tell the truth about your grief experience, to be seen and heard without judgement. You do not have to do this journey alone.
Non-directive Pregnancy Counselling
Whether you are trying to start or grow your family, adjusting to pregnancy or early parenting challenges, navigating pregnancy or parenting after loss, or figuring out how to ‘be you’ and still parent in a way that feels congruent to your life values, I am here to hold space for these conversations. Matrescence is the transition we make from maiden to mother, likened to adolescence, and it is a transition of mind, body, soul and spirit. I would love to support you on this journey.
Medicare rebate is available for clients who are pregnant or have been pregnant in the past 12 months. GP referral required for ‘Non Directive Pregnancy Counselling’. This includes women who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.
Please note: I cannot accept Mental Health Care Plans.
Breathwork
I am a Master Breathwork Instructor and have found breathwork to be a deeply transformative practice personally and it is such a privilege to bring this to my practice. Breathwork offers a supportive and healing way to navigate grief. Rooted in both the art and science of conscious breathing, this practice helps you gently release the emotions that may feel too heavy to carry alone. Grief doesn’t follow a straight path — it moves in waves — and breathwork can support you in meeting each wave with more compassion, presence, and resilience. It’s not about fixing or escaping the pain, but allowing it to move through you in a safe and supported way. Through the breath, healing becomes possible, one moment at a time. Individual and small group breathwork journeys available.
Grief Circles (in nature and online)
Honour your grief. Make space for peace. Grief takes many forms, and all are welcome here. You may be grappling with the death of a loved one, major life events, break-ups or divorce, past trauma, shifting personal identity, climate grief, and more.
This is your opportunity to bring your grief out of the darkness. You will be witnessed and heard; and witness others in their grief, too. Know that you are not alone. You will be offered prompts to reflect on, but what you share in the Circle is up to you. Tears and laughter are equally welcome, as is silence.
Embrace the warmth of community, find solace and strength in nature, and make room for light to filter through.
Bespoke Grief Circles and Rituals are available on enquiry. If you have a small group of friends or family you would like to hold a Grief Circle with, please get in touch.
Support Session after a Death
This support is for individuals, families, groups or workplaces who have experienced a sudden or unexpected death, and are seeking human-centred care and guidance. The aftermath of a death can be overwhelming and daunting, and this offering can support the emotional, psychological and practical needs that arise following a crisis.
This can be offered in your home, my office or online and we can work towards creating a safe environment to talk about what has happened, and discuss expected reactions to grief and trauma, and strategies to support yourself, your children and others impacted by the loss.
Using my extensive experience within the Coronial System, I can guide you on processes, and refer you to other services as needed.
Clinical Supervision
I am accredited to provide clinical supervision and use the Rise Up Model which is Relationship-based Integrated Supervision and Education to Unlock Potential. I am able to use my years of experience to support immerging or experienced clinicians to increase their comfort in working in the grief and loss space. I work collaboratively to assist therapists to use self reflection and curiosity to explore difficult clients or issues that arise in their practice.
